Baudron

A cuvée from the clay soil of Baudron where our flock of Savoyard Thônes-et-Marthod sheep graze, with the ram Franky proudly displayed on the label.

Concentrated, with an intense bouquet of blackberry, strawberry, and hay. Beautiful dark color with a ruby reflection. A supple and full mouthfeel, with notes of dark fruit. A gourmet and juicy finish with fine and firm tannins.

• Blend: 1/3 Merlot, 1/3 Cabernet Franc, 1/3 Malbec
• Terroirs: Clays of the Baudron plot
• Aging: Harvested, destemmed, crushed and punched down with love by our feet and hands, aged in vats without sulfites to highlight its full fruity aromatic potential.
