Order Processing
Orders are prepared and shipped within 2 to 3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

CHATEAU FRANC BAUDRON works with the following carriers, depending on the destination and type of order:

Delivery Times
The delivery times below are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped:
- Metropolitan France: 7 business days
- International: 10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and during periods of high demand (such as holidays, sales, or promotional events).
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders over €300 (excluding shipping costs), valid for all destinations.
Order Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped, allowing you to track your parcel in real time on the carrier's website.
International Deliveries
For orders shipped outside France, customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price.
