🚚 Delivery

What are the delivery times?
Your orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number upon shipment.

Do you deliver to Europe?
Yes, we deliver throughout the European Union. Delivery is free for purchases over €300.

How are the bottles packaged?
Each order is carefully packaged to ensure the integrity of the bottles during transport.

🍷 Our wines

Are your wines organic?
The majority of our wines are certified Organic Farming. Only our Sweet & Fortified wines are not organic certified. Le Baudron and Le Mirande are made without added sulfites.

How should I store my bottles?
Store your wines away from light, in a cool place (12-15°C) and horizontally for corked wines. Avoid temperature variations.

At what temperature should I serve your wines?

Red wines: 16-18°C
White and rosé wines: 8-12°C
Sweet and fortified wines: 8-10°C

🔄 Returns & orders

Can I return my order?
In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, provided that the bottles are unopened and in perfect condition.

How do I cancel or modify my order?
Please contact us quickly before shipment. Once shipped, the order cannot be modified.
