Terms and Conditions of Sale

Article 1 – Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern the contractual relationship between EURL CHATEAU FRANC BAUDRON and any customer making a purchase through this website. By placing an order, the customer unconditionally accepts these Terms.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Article 4 – Prices

All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include all applicable taxes (VAT). CHATEAU FRANC BAUDRON reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. However, the price applicable to the customer is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.

Article 5 – Orders

An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received. A confirmation email will be sent to the customer. CHATEAU FRANC BAUDRON reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of product unavailability or payment issues.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of ordering. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of ordering. CHATEAU FRANC BAUDRON ships within France and internationally.

Delivery times are provided as estimates only. Delays in delivery do not entitle the customer to cancel the order or claim compensation.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with French law, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing any reason.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Article 9 – Legal Warranties

The products are covered by the statutory legal warranties provided under French law, including:

  • the Legal Guarantee of Conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code);
  • the Warranty Against Hidden Defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 10 – Personal Data

Personal information collected during the ordering process is used solely for the management of the commercial relationship.

Article 11 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable resolution.

If no agreement can be reached, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Bordeaux (Tribunal de Commerce de Bordeaux), notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
